Along the way, you will find that the trail takes you through a beautiful and lush forest. You will be able to hear the roar of the mighty Manoa falls before you reach it - the sound and the sight of the 150-foot waterfall is definitely worth the hike. You can also see the 30 ton rock debris that was deposited here after a major rockslide in 2002.
Be careful of the leptospirosis disease that can result from a kind of bacteria that is found in some of the water bodies here. So heed the sign before taking a dip in the pool.
